01 — Who we are

Strength, and a place that feels like yours.

Heavy Hitters is run by Oliver Pritchard and Steve Rickets, in the old council yard on Mill Lane. It was built so Presteigne had somewhere proper to train — any hour, any level.

Whether you’re into fitness, weight loss, strongman, bodybuilding, powerlifting or boxing, you’re covered. Everyone’s welcome. Come and train.

02 — Training

Whatever you came in for.

  • 01

    24-hour access

Train before a shift, after the kids are in bed, or when the town is quiet. Fob in, any day.

  • 02

    Strength

Racks, benches, cables, dumbbells and enough plates to go heavy. Built for people who actually lift.

  • 03

    Strongman

Logs, stones and the awkward events. This is home to Presteigne Strongman.

  • 04

    Boxing

Bags on the turf, pads, and a corner to hit. Come for fitness or to get fight-ready.

  • 05

    All levels

First session or last set of the week. Weight loss, powerlifting, bodybuilding — turn up as you are.

  • 06

    Barber on site

The green room out the back. Get a cut when you’re done and leave sharper than you arrived.

03 — The floor

Inside the yard.

Racks down one side, machines down the other, bags over the turf, and the logo on the block wall by the door.
